CHRIS DELESS, CTO

Chris joined the Hawes Group in 1999 and has been instrumental to the growth of the Hawes Group companies. He’s overseen the growth of a small Mom & Pop business' IT needs into a international platform. His contributions have allowed the Hawes Group to be at the leading edge of technological adoption and innovation. Chris & Joe Hawes also co-founded HealthFirst Financial, a successful healthcare financing offering which was acquired by Access One in 2018.

Chris also oversees the architecture and development of all MetaLynx (fka KG Hawes) products.

Other Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with IT operations and executive leadership to support organizational IT needs.

• Providing direction and representation to business venture partners (Onshore/Offshore) in support of company initiatives.

• Providing engineering consultation and direction.
