MAXWELL HAWES, PRESIDENT TITANIUM LEGAL SERVICES

Max rejoined Titanium Legal in 2022 after working for the company 10 years ago. He has held various roles in collections, real estate development, and most recently, commercial lending. Max started his lending career as a Commercial Banking Assistant and was promoted to a Commercial Lending Officer, where he advised many professional service companies like Titanium. 

Max understands the credit and collections industry and has worked in the field from a young age as a fourth-generation debt collector. After the sale of Professional Credit, Max decided to remain in the credit and collections industry and grow Titanium Legal as the Pacific Northwest’s preferred legal support company. 

Max is an avid skier, golfer, and former college soccer player for University of Sewanee. Max majored in Economics and Finance. Recently, Max has been admitted into the University of Oregon Executive MBA program and will be graduating in 2024.
